Name of Character: Shruikan

Alliance: Rouge - Hopefully Felidae Soon
Physical Description: For the hardships that Shruikan has faced in his life, he remains surprsingly handsome - almost to the point of looking like a good-for-nothing kittyept, something that he is clearly not. Shruikan is a classic marbled bengal tom-cat, with a sleek golden-colored base coat and un-tarnished black marble markings that weave intricate patterns around his slight frame. Lean muscles can be easily seen beneath the short, well-groomed pelt, muscles that can reach top speeds in just a few mere moments and leap long distances with ease. Following the elegant body is a long tail covered in multiple black markings, more in fact than the fur on the rest of the young tom's body. And adorning his marked head are a pair of slightly rounded ears and eyes as cold and black as a frigid leaf-bare night. While Shruikan may looks something like a show cat, a good-for-nothing kittypet, he is nothing of the sort. Even a sleek and naturally handsome cat like himself has suffered wounds from the harsh life that he had lived. A long scar runs from bengal's right shoulder in a slant down in his side and smaller scars also have been inflicted on his back and sides, in places. Most of these smaller scars, however, are fairly unnoticable, and the only one that really stands out is the one streching from his right shoulder down his side.
Persona: If there were ever a cat that knew how to get what he wanted, it would have to be Shruikan. The bengal has the skills to do accomplish any task that he wishes and the drive to do it. Now, this may sound like a cat who'd be a good member of some gang, right? Wrong, well, in Shruikan's case anyway. The only drive that Shruikan has is the desire for power and he'll do almost anything to attain it. The scary thing is that he knows exactly how to attain it and he will; left to his own devices. He knows exactly how to talk, how to act, how to think; this obviously being the result of signifigant intelligence. And as far as intelligence goes; Shruikan is intelligent, unlike most rouges, in both the ways of "book-smart" and "street-smart", a rare combination that is undoubtly the result of a few well-learned teachers. But more of that later. Despite, how evil he may appear and may act, the bengal actually does have a heart and he espicially has a soft spot for kits. He finds them to be so pure and innocent and will not attempt to harm them in anyway unless absolutely necessary. If his mission was to kidnap a kitten than he will do it without question as it is his job, but if he doesn't have to harm a kitten then he won't. However, no amount of caring would stop him from completing his task, whatever it may be.
Brief History: To put it nicely, Shruikan didn't exactly grow up in the best neighborhood of town; probably one of the worst ones actually. Growing up in such a neighborhood was made all the harder when, at the young age of about 4 moons, his parents abandoned him at a dumpster with no food or any way to help him survive. They simply didn't care about him; it was actually a miracle that they cared for him as long as they did. Regardless, young Shruikan would have died within a few days had he not had an incredible stroke of luck; some Twolegs found him and adopted him. And as much as the bengal tom despised Twolegs and everything about them, in retrospect Shruikan surely would have died without them. A 4 moon old kit cannot care for itself anymore than a toddler can, after all. Of course, the marbled tom did not remain a kittypet for very long, but it was long enough that when he at last escaped their cluthes he was able to care for himself; even on the harsh streets. And since the day that he escaped the clutches of his former Twoleg owners, Shruikan has lived on the streets as a rouge alone; being not noble enough to join any sort of gang. Most recently, his work of choice has been an assain-for-hire, or a mercenary. However, the Felidae would undoubtly fit his life style better.
